The first project in the region after announcing Zeytinburnu as the center of urban transformation is starting with RealIstanbul. With the cooperation of Ittifak Construction, Turkoz Construction and Oliv Construction, at the junction point of Zeytinburnu, Bakirkoy, Gungoren and Bahcelievler, Realistanbul is the first transformation project implemented by the private sector at Zeytinburnu, when the urban transformation projects of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) and KIPTAS are in agenda. After leaving 24 thousand square meters section of the land constituted from 45 thousand square meters purchased from Zeytinburnu Demirciler Sitesi Cooperative against landownership, Realistanbul will rise on a land of 21 thousand square meters and it is consisted of 295 dwellings in 5 blocks, a shopping mall and an office block of 10 thousand square meters. In the project; there are 8 types of flats varying from, 1+1 room to 5+1 rooms, 74 square meters to 323 square meters.

Located at the closest point to the transportation opportunities

From the project partners, Ittifak Construction Board Chairman Muammer Saka has stated that RealIstanbul is a project attracting attention with transportation opportunities right at the center of Istanbul and said, “RealIstanbul project is located very close to transportation points such as subway, tramway, metrobus, steamship and bus. It is located on E5 highway and it is also easy to reach the airport.” Mentioning that the project is differentiated with wide social facility areas, Saka states that there are reception service, underground car parking, intercom display service, swimming pool, open and covered kids play grounds, pocket movie, sauna, spa and Finn Bath in each block. Indicating that Zeytinburnu is a special region in Istanbul, Saka said, “Two-third of Zeytinburnu will be destructed and rebuilt again. The studies related to this are being performed. Located right in the center of Zeytinburnu, Bakirkoy, Gungoren and Bahcelievler, RealIstanbul is a transformation project carried out by the private sector at the region. Transformation in Zeytinburnu starts with us.”

After the speeches in the ceremony, which AK Party Istanbul Deputy Unal Kacir, Zeytinburnu Mayor Murat Aydin, Gungoren Mayor Yucel Karaman, Former Minister of Environment and Forestry Osman Pepe, Trabzonspor Club Chairman Sadri Sener, Trabzonsport Coach Ersun Yanal, Trabzonspor football team players, Former National Teams Director Senol Gunes and former football player and football commenter Ridvan Dilmen have attended, the opening ribbon is cut by Murat Aydin, Muammer Saka, Sadri Sener and Senol Gunes.
